MONOPOLIZE.AI — Business in a Box

Free Modules — $25 USD Entry Tier

Parts 1, 3, 4, and 16 — Enough to Start Earning Immediately

Version 1.0 — June 2, 2026

PART 1 — THE FOUNDATION

Why This Works. Why Now. Why You.

The Three Income Streams Available to You

Income Stream 1 — Affiliate Referrals Sign people up to Monopolize.ai. Earn 50% on their first payment. Earn 25% recurring every month on two levels of your network. Two sales at your subscription tier and your subscription pays for itself. This is the starting point for everyone.

Income Stream 2 — Warm Lead Generation as a Service Use the Monetize Tool to find businesses with problems you can solve. Walk in. Show them what you found. Offer to send them warm leads every week. Charge them for the service. You don't need a product. You need the tool and the confidence to show someone what it does.

Income Stream 3 — Creator Partnerships Find YouTube channels or Instagram accounts with engaged audiences. Analyze their audience using the tool. Help them build an offer their audience actually wants. Present the Monopolize.ai subscription as the product. Split the revenue. This is the residual income model — one partnership can pay you for years.

SEE THE BUSINESS PRESENTATION →

You don't need all three on day one. Most people start with income stream one, use it to fund their subscription, then move to income stream two once they have the tool working. Income stream three is where the real leverage is — and you'll have everything you need to pursue it once you've proven the first two.

The Business Model in Plain English

You are not building a product. You are not running ads. You are not cold calling strangers.

You are finding people who already have an audience, already have trust, and already have people paying attention to them — but have no system to turn that attention into income. You provide the system. They provide the audience. You split the result.

That's it. That's the whole model.

In 2026, 108,000 jobs were cut in Q1 alone as AI automation accelerated across every industry. At the same time, the salary premium for people who know how to use AI effectively hit 56%. The gap between people who understand how to apply AI and people who don't has never been wider — and it is still growing.

You are on the right side of that gap. The question is whether you move fast enough to use it.

What You Already Have

The Opportunity Is Everywhere Right Now

Whatever market you are in — Australia, the Philippines, the UK, the US, anywhere — the gap between businesses that understand how to use AI and those that do not is enormous right now. And it is still growing.

You have a tool that reads public conversations happening online every single day. Most businesses are making decisions based on guesswork while their competitors' activity is sitting there in plain sight. At $25 USD a month the tool costs less than a single cup of coffee a day. The businesses you will walk into are spending that on a single social media boost that reaches nobody.

The arbitrage is real. Most markets are wide open. That window will not stay open forever.

Coming soon — Philippines-based members: Viber integration is in development. Once live, adding Viber alongside Facebook and Instagram gives you access to the dominant messaging platform in the Philippines — 70%+ penetration and almost no social listening competition yet.

What You Already Have

Before you do anything else, understand what is already sitting in your hands right now.

You have a pre-built business. You have access to a professional platform at monopolize.ai — your business home base. It is professionally designed, hosted, and ready. Your dashboard is inside it with the Monetize Tool live and waiting. The hard work of building this has been done. You can reap the rewards.

You also have a business presentation at monopolize.ai/pitch. Use it immediately. Send the link to anyone you want to show the opportunity to. Share your screen and walk through it on a video call. Pull it up on your phone in a conversation. The presentation explains the business model, the tool, the income system, and the residual income potential in one clean, professional slideshow. It does the explaining so you don't have to.

And the tool itself — once you know how it works, which does not take long — you can walk into any business with a live internet connection and demonstrate it on the spot. Show them their competitors. Show them what their audience is saying. Show them what they're missing. That five-minute demonstration is more persuasive than anything you could say.

Pricing Your Service to Businesses Correctly

When you approach a business with the tool — whether you're offering warm leads or proposing they get their own subscription — know the value of what you're delivering before you name a price.

Do some basic research first. What does this business sell? What does one sale or one job make them? A mechanic doing gearbox work might make a few hundred dollars per job. Get them four extra jobs a month from your leads and you've just made them over a thousand dollars. A solar panel installer closing one deal makes several thousand. A real estate agent closing one referral makes more again.

Warm lead generation saves them time, money, and the effort of having to find customers themselves. That has real value. Do not undersell it. A mechanic doing $500 jobs — if your leads get them 4 extra bookings a month, that's $2,000 in new revenue you generated. Price accordingly. A $50/month retainer for that is leaving money on the table. Research before you pitch. Price with confidence.

Start by offering a business a week of free warm leads. Show them what the tool finds — real people publicly expressing interest in what they sell. If they don't see results in the first week, keep going a second or third week if you feel to. Let the leads speak for themselves.

The goal is not to charge fifty dollars a month for leads forever. The goal is to show the tool works — then convert them to their own subscription at the level that reflects what the tool is actually worth to their business. A business making serious money from your leads belongs at $299 USD to $999 USD on their own subscription, not $25 USD. At $299 - $2,499 USD you earn 25% (good money) recurring every month without doing anything else.

Match the subscription tier to the value the business gets. Higher ticket sales and service businesses should be on a custom schedule. It's logical for a Lawyer, Solar Installation business or a Plumbing business that make thousands per job to be searching every 15-30 mins. They could sustain the $999 tier quite easily.

What You Need to Start

That's the whole list. You don't need a separate website. You don't need a business card. You don't need to have done this before. You have the tool, the presentation, the dashboard, and the knowledge. Share what you have — the ability to help people make money.

PART 2 — WHAT YOU HAVE

Your Business in a Box — Already Built and Ready to Go

You Did Not Join a Course. You Started a Business and Found a Community.

Most people who want to start an online business spend months trying to figure out what to build, how to build it, and how to get their first customer. You skipped all of that.

When you joined Monopolize.ai you got a complete, functioning business handed to you. Here is what is already built and waiting for you in your dashboard right now.

Your Pre-Built Website

Monopolize.ai is your website. It is professionally designed, built, and hosted. It has a pricing page, an affiliate page, a course page, a community, a tool dashboard, and everything a serious business needs to present itself credibly to the world.

You do not need to build a website. You do not need to pay a developer. You do not need to figure out hosting or domains. It is done.

When you refer someone — a business owner, a friend, a creator — you send them to monopolize.ai. They see a professional platform. They see pricing that makes sense. They see a tool that does something real. They see a community of people building businesses with AI. That platform does the selling for you.

Your Dashboard

Your personal dashboard is your business headquarters. From there you can:

Everything you need to run and grow your business is in one place. No spreadsheets. No manual tracking. No guesswork.

The Monetize Tool — Your Business Intelligence Engine

The tool is not just a feature. It is the product you sell. It is also the product you use to find the people you sell it to.

At the $25 USD tier you have three platforms and 300 searches per month. That is enough to:

The tool is your demonstration, your pitch, and your proof all at once. When you show someone what it can do in five minutes, you have done more selling than most people do in an hour of talking.

The Induction Slideshow — Your Sales Weapon

One of the most powerful tools in your kit costs nothing extra and requires no selling skills to use.

Go to monopolize.ai/pitch and you will find the complete Monopolize.ai induction presentation. It explains the business model, the tool, the affiliate income system, the creator strategy, and the residual income potential — all in one professional, self-contained slideshow.

When you want to show someone what Monopolize.ai is and why they should join:

The slideshow does the heavy lifting. Your job is to get someone to watch it. The presentation takes them from curious to convinced without you having to explain everything yourself.

The Community — Monopolize Connect HQ

You are not doing this alone. At monopolize.ai/community you have access to a live community of Monopolizers at every level — from people just starting out to Agency and Enterprise members running serious operations.

Ask questions. Share wins. Get help when you're stuck. Learn from people who are further ahead than you. Show up for people who are where you were last week.

The community is also where Legion lives 24/7. Ask Legion anything about the platform, the tool, the course, or your business. No question goes unanswered.

The Live Weekly Calls

Every week there is a 30-minute live call with John — open to all tiers. Ask anything. Share what's working. Get unstuck. These calls are where the community comes to life and where the best ideas get shared.

At the $299 USD tier and above, there is also The Growth Room — a dedicated session for members doing serious volume, covering deeper strategy and live tool walkthroughs.

What This Means for You

You have a website. You have a tool. You have a dashboard. You have a slideshow that sells for you. You have a community. You have weekly live support. You have an AI agent available 24 hours a day.

Most people spend years and thousands of dollars trying to assemble what you just got access to for $25 USD a month.

Now the question is simple: what are you going to do with it?

The next modules show you exactly that.

PART 3 — FINDING THE RIGHT PARTNER

The Shadowing Method — How to Find Who to Work With

What Shadowing Actually Means

Shadowing is not copying. Shadowing is studying.

You find someone who already has what you want to build — an audience, a following, trust in a niche — and you analyze what's working for them, what their audience is asking for, and where the gaps are. Then you either approach them as a partner or use what you learned to find businesses in that same niche who need what you can provide.

The tool does the analysis. You do the relationship.

Who Are You Looking For?

For the Creator Partnership model: YouTube channels and Instagram accounts with 5,000 to 150,000 subscribers or followers. This is the untapped market. Everyone chases the million-follower accounts. The 10,000-follower creator with a highly engaged audience and no monetization strategy is where the opportunity is.

What you're looking for specifically:

For the Warm Leads model: Local businesses in your area or your target market. Restaurants, retail stores, service businesses, trades, professionals. Anyone spending money on marketing but not measuring results. Anyone with competitors who are more active on social media than they are.

How to Use the Tool to Find and Analyze Targets

Step 1 — Search your niche Open the Monetize Tool. Select your 3 platforms. Search for keywords related to the industry you want to work in. Example: "restaurant marketing Philippines" or "fitness coach Manila" or "real estate investor Sydney."

Look at the results. Who is talking about this? What are they saying? What problems keep coming up?

Step 2 — Find the creator or business When you find someone interesting in the results — a creator posting content, a business being mentioned, a person asking questions repeatedly — note their name and platform.

Now search specifically for them. Search their username or business name across your platforms. How often are they mentioned? What is the sentiment? What are people saying about them?

Step 3 — Analyze their audience What are their followers or customers asking for? What complaints keep appearing? What do people say they wish existed? What does the audience want that the creator or business isn't providing?

This is your intelligence. This is what you bring to the conversation when you approach them.

Step 4 — Build your approach Before you reach out to anyone, you should know:

That preparation is what separates a cold pitch from a warm, informed conversation. See Part 4 for how to have that conversation.

The Golden Rule of Partner Selection

Work with people who already have trust. Trust takes years to build and cannot be faked. A creator with 10,000 genuinely engaged followers is worth more than a creator with 100,000 passive ones.

The tool will show you engagement signals — comments, replies, shares, sentiment. Use those signals to find the real audiences, not the inflated ones.

Ideal Partner Criteria

When evaluating a potential creator or business partner, look for:

✓ Engaged audience — comments are real, questions are specific, people are invested ✓ Clear niche — they serve a defined group of people with a defined problem ✓ No current product — or an underdeveloped one that leaves money on the table ✓ Active and consistent — they post regularly and respond to their audience ✓ Reachable — they have a public contact point, DM open, or email visible ✓ Credible but not massive — big enough to matter, small enough to say yes to you

PART 4 — THE OUTREACH SYSTEM

How to Approach, What to Say, and How to Follow Up

The Core Principle

People buy from people they trust. Trust is not built with a pitch. Trust is built with genuine interest, real information, and a conversation that makes the other person feel seen and understood.

Before you send a single message, you should know more about their business, their audience, and their problems than they think a stranger could possibly know. That knowledge is what earns their attention.

This module builds on Dan Martell's Sell By Chat framework. The full playbook is available free at danmartell.com — we highly recommend it.

Phase 1 — Setup Before You Reach Out

Before contacting anyone:

Do your research with the tool. Run their business name, their competitors, their niche keywords. Build a picture of what's happening in their market right now.

Prepare one insight. Not a pitch. One specific, useful thing you found. Something like: "I noticed your competitors are getting a lot of traction on TikTok around [topic] — your audience is asking about this but I couldn't find you there."

Know what you're offering. At the $25 USD tier you can offer:

Be clear in your own mind what you're offering before you say a word.

The Outreach Sequence

Step 1 — The Opener Don't pitch in the first message. Ever.

Open with genuine interest or a specific observation. Examples:

"Hey [name] — came across your content on [platform] and noticed you're in [niche]. Quick question — are you actively looking to grow your audience right now or more focused on serving the one you have?"

"Hi [name] — I run a social intelligence tool and was doing some research in the [industry] space. Found some interesting data about what your audience is asking for that I think you'd find useful. Would that be worth a quick chat?"

"[Name] — saw you've been posting about [topic]. I do market research for businesses in this space and spotted something about your competitors I thought might be relevant. Happy to share it if useful."

The goal of the first message is one thing — a reply. Not a sale. A reply.

Step 2 — The Qualification Once they reply, find out if they're the right fit before you go any further.

Key questions:

A chat should have at least 9 messages before you mention anything about an offer. Build the conversation first. Understand their situation genuinely.

Step 3 — The Value Drop Share the insight you prepared. Not as a pitch — as a gift.

"Based on what you told me, here's what I'm seeing in the data — [share 2-3 specific observations from your tool research]. This is the kind of intelligence I can generate every week for businesses in your space."

Let the value speak. Don't explain how amazing it is. Just share it and let them react.

Step 4 — The Offer Only make an offer once you know:

Then make the offer specific to their situation. Not a generic pitch — a tailored solution.

"Based on what you've shared, here's what I'd suggest: [specific offer tailored to their situation]. This is how we'd structure it and here's what you'd get. Does that sound like what you're looking for?"

Follow-Up Strategy

Most sales happen in the follow-up, not the first message. If someone doesn't reply, follow up. If they go quiet after showing interest, follow up.

Follow-up messages that work:

Three follow-ups is the standard. After three with no response, move on. There are more people to talk to than you have time for.

The Daily Outreach Workflow

At the $25 USD tier with 300 searches per month, you have roughly 10 searches per day. Here's how to use them:

Keep a simple tracking sheet — even a notes app works — with: name, platform, date contacted, where the conversation is, next action needed.

PART 16 — SELL BY CHAT

Close Clients Without Sales Calls

Why Chat Selling Works

The phone call is dying. Cold email is buried in spam. But a genuine DM conversation on the platform where someone already spends their time — that still works. It works because it feels human, it's low pressure, and it meets people where they are.

The system in this module will teach you to:

  1. Craft messages that start real conversations
  2. Qualify leads inside the conversation
  3. Make offers that feel natural, not pushy
  4. Follow up without being annoying
  5. Close without a sales call

This module is built on Dan Martell's Sell By Chat methodology. He released it free to the world with these words: "Copy paste it, use it, teach it, it's yours." We've integrated it with the Monopolize.ai tool workflow to create something more powerful than either alone. Full credit and gratitude to Dan — danmartell.com.

The Monopolize Advantage in Chat Selling

The difference between a standard DM seller and a Monopolize.ai member is intelligence.

Before most people send their first message, they're guessing. They don't know if the person they're contacting has a problem worth solving, whether they're actively looking for help, or what their audience actually cares about.

You know all of this before you type a single word.

Use the tool to:

You arrive at every conversation informed, relevant, and genuinely useful. That is an enormous advantage.

Pre-Qualify Before You Open

Not everyone who looks like a lead is worth your time. Before opening a conversation, ask yourself:

If yes to all four — open the conversation. If not — move on. Your time is the most valuable thing you have.

The Open

Your opening message has one job: get a reply.

It should be:

Examples that work:

"Hey [name] — I've been following your content on [platform] for a bit. Quick question — are you currently helping your audience with [specific topic] or is that something you're considering?"

"[Name] — ran some analysis on the [niche] space this week and found something relevant to what you're doing. Worth sharing if you're interested?"

"Hi [name] — came across your page while researching [industry]. Noticed something interesting about your audience that I thought you'd want to know. Happy to share it — no strings attached."

Qualify in the Conversation

Once they reply, your job is to understand their situation before you offer anything.

Questions that qualify naturally:

Listen to what they say. Reflect it back. Show you understood. A prospect who feels genuinely heard is already halfway to yes.

Remember: minimum 9 exchanges before any mention of an offer. Build the conversation. Earn the right to pitch.

Make the Tailored Offer

When you understand their situation clearly, make one specific offer. Not a menu. Not options. One offer tailored to exactly what they told you they need.

Structure:

  1. Acknowledge what they told you — "Based on what you've shared..."
  2. State the specific outcome — "Here's what I'd help you achieve..."
  3. Explain how — "The way it works is..."
  4. Make it time-bounded — "If we started this week..."
  5. Ask — "Does that sound like what you're looking for?"

Keep it conversational. This is not a sales page in a DM — it's a human conversation where you happen to be solving a problem.

Test Commitment

Before you finalize anything, test whether they're serious.

"I want to make sure this is the right fit before we move forward — are you ready to commit to this or are you still exploring options?"

"The people I work with who get the best results are the ones who are all in. Is this a must-have for you or a nice-to-have?"

This is not aggressive. It's respectful of both your time and theirs. If they're not ready, better to know now than after you've invested hours.

Follow Up Without Being Annoying

The fortune is in the follow-up. Most people don't buy on the first conversation. Life gets in the way. They get distracted. They need time to think.

Your job is to stay present without being a pest.

Follow-up that works:

Three follow-ups over two weeks is the right cadence for most situations. After that, move on and come back to them in a month.

The Legion Advantage in Chat Selling

At the $25 USD tier, Legion can help you with:

Simply describe the person you're talking to and where the conversation is at. Legion will give you language that fits.

Resources and methodology in these modules draw in part from Dan Martell's Sell By Chat Playbook and the Outskill AI Generalist Roadmap 2026. We are grateful to both for making their work freely available. Thank you.
